Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

What’s Not Eligible for Return

The following items are typically not eligible for return:

Items that have been used, worn, or are not in original saleable condition

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery

Items missing original tags, labels, or packaging

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us via the contact form on Dogvz.com. Include your order number, the item(s) to return, and a brief reason for return.

Once your return is approved, carefully repack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Dogvz cannot guarantee receipt of returned items otherwise.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. you received the wrong item, or the product is defective).

Exchanges / Store Credit

At this time, Dogvz does not offer automatic exchanges. If you prefer a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Depending on future business needs, we may add an exchange or store-credit option — we will update this policy if we do.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number. We will review the case and — if eligible — arrange for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you, including return or reshipment shipping if applicable.
